株式会社LincのCEO 仲 思遥が、 東洋大学経営学部にてゲスト講師として講義しました！ 〜 「The evolution of modern-day Japanese startups: Why SDGs and focusing on urgent social issues matter?」 と題し講演 〜
2021年12月13日（月）、学校法人東洋大学経営学部の『英語で学ぶグローバルビジネス』授業にて、CEO仲がゲスト講師として特別講義を行いました。公開授業のため履修中の学生含め合計27名が参加しました。
今回は登壇が2回目になります。前回は、2020年12月14・15日に同授業にて特別講義を実施し、Lincの紹介に加え、日本で起業すること、日本ならではのスタートアップの現状についてお話をしました。

今回も講義、質疑応答、全て英語で行われました。登壇内容としましては、Lincの事業紹介に加え、なぜSDGsと社会的課題への取り組みが重要なのか？について、LincのSDGsに関する活動の紹介も合わせてお話ししました。
はたらくFUNDからの資金調達を完了したことも紹介させていただき、Lincの事業そのものがもたらす経済性と社会的インパクト、そしてSDGsに対する取り組みが、はたらくFUNDが目指す理念「多様な働き方・生き方の創造」と深く共鳴し、今回の資金調達に至った経緯となったことをお伝えしました。
質疑応答の時間では、
Q:日本では多くの企業がSDGs活動を推進していると思いますが、他企業と比べてLincが優れている点は何でしょうか？
Q:日本のSDGs活動に改善点はあると思いますか？
Q:プロジェクトを始めるにあたり、まずSDGsの内容を考えてプロジェクトを作るのか、それともプロジェクトを考えてSDGsにつなげるのか、どちらでしょうか。
等、SDGsに関する質問が多く寄せられ、学生のSDGsに関する関心が高いことが伺えました。

I was very impressed by Linc’s acceptance of diverse values and their various attempts to increase the value of the action of “coming to Japan”. I also felt that Linc’s attitude of sincerely addressing “diversity”, which is often considered relatively difficult to solve in terms of SDGs, and providing services to solve such issues, should be highly valued in the future society.

His class was interesting! I could ask a question and he answered earnestly. I am a person who makes decisions slowly. Your thinking was made me find new ways. When he talked about the advantages of speedy actions with Othello, I thought “”Oh! That is exactly. I want to get a corner quickly””.The class raised my motivation. Thank you for your excellent presentation the other day. There were two things that I found very interesting in this lecture.
The first one is the content theme for Linc’s Career Camp. As Japan’s birthrate declines and the population ages, it is important to secure a workforce of foreign workers. There, I was impressed by the extensive workshops that were offered to foreign workers to help them acquire the basic social skills necessary to work in Japan.
The second one is “”Hataraku FUND””. I was very impressed by the fact that this supports the working environment, especially when it becomes difficult for workers to work every day due to childcare or nursing care.
I hope to apply many of the things I learned in this lecture to my future university life.
学生からの意見・感想からもありますように、Lincの取り組みそのものがSDGs活動に直結していることに対して学生達にも理解、共感を得られることができ、学生にもSDGsの重要性を知ってもらう貴重な機会にもなりました。
